There are about a dozen units listed there now. But I believe they are all contract assignments. The building probably wont be registered before Spring an agent tells me.

That's interesting. I emailed two of the listing agents and both said it was a sale of an existing purchase contract (ie. not from the builders inventory). There are four units listed and the building is not registered.

I talked to a realtor who thinks the listings are all contract assignments. He doesn't expect occupancy to be completed before end of December or January.

I see some listings showing up on mls.ca. Has the building been registered?

I count ten units listed on mls.ca for this brand new building on Eglinton west of Mt Pleasant. Some at what appear to be bargain prices for the area, two 974 sq ft units @ $372,900 a piece. Just some investors getting out or is their something more here, I wonder?

Any news on expected occupancy date?

The ad in the June condolife magazine (p117) has the developer as Westdale Properties. The 88 on Broadway website still has Cityzen Corp and Myriad Group as co-developers. The Westdale web site makes no mention of the project. What's the story here, has the project changed hands?

I hope you get some responses, I'd like to hear from owners too. I drove by yesterday and it looks like the top two or three floors still waiting to be glassed in. Occupation expected by when, late in the year I guess? BTW welcome to the board, don't let the snotty attitude of some posters here...
