At night, you can see the entire 2nd and 3rd floor gutted for the entire building, even the part that goes over to the east on top of the other tenant. It would be cool if it were like their marketplace shop selling home wares.

If as rumoured, Quebecor wants to sell the Toronto Sun building (333 King St E) I think that would also make a good candidate as well. Although, there probably would not be enough parking and traffic in the area would increase dramatically.
