Which floor of 718sf suite you are referring to? I remeber last year when I came to their sale office at five, the ph suite of 669sf with 10f ceiling and 300sf balcony was priced higher than the 718sf suite with 9f ceiling.

What's the prices for suite with 718sf NE exposure, and PH with 669sf E exposure now? I'm interested in this two suites, and anyone has the price list of these two suites? There are three additional levels just added to the tower so I guess there must be some more suites on sale now.

Where to invest in dt toronto?

Thank you for your advice! My confuse is that nowadays pre-cons near subway in dt. core (such as yorkville , yonge and bloor, yonge and wellseley and yonge and college) are so expensive, and therefore to me some units in city place make greater positive cash flow when you consider the cost of...

Where to invest in dt toronto?

Thank you for your input! The maintenance fee for condos is not that horrible I think. For example, the monthly fee of my friend's 2+1 unit at city place is less than $500. The total cost($300,000 mortgage monthly payment, maintenance fee and property tax) for him per month is around $1850, and...

The...

Hey Investors, Stop Buying Pre-construction! (you're shooting yourselves in the foot)

do most pre-con investors transfer their signitures before closing or after closing? My understanding is pre-con investors don't wanna deal with mortgage issues so they should cash out before closing. However, I think if they selling before closing is not profitbale since so many people wanna...

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

Canada should tax foreign investors rather than ban them. We should make a profit to benefit our society from those hot money inflows. Subways, pulbic health, and many other infrastructures all need tons of taxes to build up here.

Yes, and if these floors are inserted to the middle of the building, it won't harm any buyers' interest.

Sorry guys, I should revise my words in order to avoid some disputes here. Traditionally Yonge st. west is more attractive compared to Yonge st. east and therefore more people would like to seek a suite in the Yonge st. west.
