How do you know that the fountains in those cities are always working and looking great? Just because they were working when you happened to see them doesn't mean they're in working order 365 days a year.

Jus so you know, thee are several restaurants with outdoor seating along downtown Yonge. Also, the Distillery district is pedestrians only.

It would be cool if they turned on the lights during Nuit Blanche to add to the festive atmosphere.
