Looks like the 43rd floor? One more floor to go!

From today. Looks like they’re now working on bricking up the south podium. Are they getting ready to install windows on the Westinghouse building?

Prices are at $1,200-1,400/sqft, is this really going to get built? Anyone know how sales are going ? (don’t see a thread in the sales section).

Feb 17th.. anyone know what’s happening on the north side? Scaffolding is up and tarped, are they preparing to lay bricks?

By the time this is built, there would be 4 towers all along Mercer street , Nobu and King blue, that would probably obstruct the south views for most (or probably all) floors in that building.

I don’t think any units are available here, this project sold out a while ago. It is hard to comment on the quality of the project and whether it is a good building to buy into right now as it is not finished, this should be finished and about ready to move into early 2019.
