    Definitely am feeling the gut that we are going to be delayed more, probably making into 2013. I have been told many of the units facing east along with north or south sides have been sold quickly than west views... I guess highway is one of the scared part when purchasing the west view units.

    They look amazing, and definitely "gra" package is a great choice for everyone!! Like everyone says, the quartz top in kitchen is white whereas ours is brown in Phase 1, both of them look great overall!!

    there are units that are below 400 square feet... and they start at mid 200's with NO parking spot nor a locker space. to add them on, add $58k for parking, $5k for locker... and you are now at above $800 a square foot.
