You might be right, hopefully we are registered within 3 months! I assume Phase 3 will be completed in Summer/Fall 2014, which at that time we expect a Valhalla Complexes along with landscaped surroundings fully completed.

They look amazing, and definitely "gra" package is a great choice for everyone!! Like everyone says, the quartz top in kitchen is white whereas ours is brown in Phase 1, both of them look great overall!!

there are units that are below 400 square feet... and they start at mid 200's with NO parking spot nor a locker space. to add them on, add $58k for parking, $5k for locker... and you are now at above $800 a square foot.

i second that. backing out will lose your investments. better stay than backing out, eventually they will finish the building but at slowest pace, so you need patience for this.

true, so therefore, purchasing parking at e-condos is not even worth a penny! so does $58k parking comes with infinity view of downtown toronto? eh... that would be nuts.
