    hey, thanks for the response - seems occupancy fee is realistic in my opinion. i have not heard anything back from laywer but he told me hes crunching numbers and will let me know shortly. yeah i paid standard 20%, instead of 5%... so ill keep you updated on what i got so far. thanks once again...

    definitely! will share with all of you with the outcome! :) of course, they look totally cheap so that is why i raised concerns with edilcan. i have seen many many walk-in closets complete with drywall inside, and this one valhalla with foam ceiling tiles? gross.

Surprise here, I just spoke to Edilcan in regards of foamed ceiling tiles and told them that it is very ridilicious to find in walk-in closets, expressed my concerns in mind on clothes, etc...
