    Mississauga Brightwater | ?m | 35s | Kilmer | Giannone Petricone

Traffic will be a big problem. The area is pretty congested now with little to no room for extra capacity.

    Holt Renfrew (includes hr2)

I hope Holts works out at the SQ1 location, but cutting your full time staff hours to 30 a week has got to have an impact on service. My experience with Simons has been pretty good, but the place always has traffic. The Saks downtown location from what I've read is doing very well, Sherway is...

    Holt Renfrew (includes hr2)

Can't help but feel the Square One location isn't performing well. Looks as though they are scrapping the second floor restaurant for the foreseeable future. I see some tourist traffic from time to time but the place is a ghost town.

Toronto Yorkville Village (was Hazelton Lanes) | ?m | ?s | First Capital | Kasian

I would give CF credit for doing a much better job leasing space when they expand/renovate. Omers seems to have a "build it and they will come" approach, which doesn't seem to be working too well at the moment.

    Mississauga M1 & M2 at M City | 197.81m | 60s | Rogers Real Estate | Core Architects

Apparently 100 units have been reserved for Rogers friends and family as well as the top three floors will not be offered with the initial release. There is also a limit of one unit per "family" as there is great interest in the building. Good chance it will sell out before the sales centre...

They probably could. When they were building the sales office base, you could see steal beams that could easily fit on a trailer or what ever they use to move houses.

An article from World Architecture News. I also read in another article, depending on sales they may twin the tower to the south of it along Web drive and Confederation pkwy. http://www.worldarchitecturenews.com/project/2017/27487/core-architects-inc/m-city-tower-in-mississauga-city.html

An additional photo from their web site. They may tear down the sales office and use space in the podium after its completed. Judging by the finish on the outside of the office, it looks like it may be tailored to this one building.

    Mississauga Hurontario-Main Line 10 LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Extending John street should make a big improvement getting in and out of this station. Currently there are only two points along Hillcrest Ave.

Mississauga will be getting a 60 story building. The podium looks huge in the rendering. https://www.thestar.com/business/2017/01/17/m-city-flagship-to-hit-new-heights-as-mississaugas-tallest-tower.html

    Square One Shopping Centre

Oxford is probably more concerned with filling up the empty spaces currently in the mall. There are only so many makeup and eyeware chains a mall can handle.

Here is an article with additional information. http://www.mississauga.com/news-story/6985078-staff-recommends-gordon-graydon-memorial-secondary-school-to-close-sooner/ Gordon Graydon will be the only school closing with other schools picking up programs and students in 2018.

Mississauga Square One Expansions and Revitalization | ?m | ?s | Oxford Properties | MMC Architecture

I live by SQ1 and walk to and through the mall quite regularly. The south expansion is beautiful both inside and out, but it's concerning to see so few people in the luxury wing. If it wasn't for the customers at Starbucks and Jamie Oliver's this area would be a ghost town. I think the mall...

Noticed a lot of cracked glass on the dome. 12+ panes with long cracks and a hole in one of them. Centre area is still off limits until they finish tiles and planters.

    Mississauga 3900 Grand Park Drive | 95m | 25s | RioCan

Judging by the measurements on the sign, I think the development will only include the Shoppers Drug Mart building and the parking in front of it.

I'm sure if Carolyn Parish decides to run, she will make it an issue. It is nice to see a united front on an issue that will greatly affect the city.

    Mississauga (non-mall) Retail

Mississauga needs an Ed's Real Scoop. Looks like Spin Desserts (Limelight building) may be open in the next month.

    Mississauga Pinnacle Grand Park 1 & 2 | 152.39m | 48s | Pinnacle | Turner Fleischer

They may have sold enough units to start construction. Not sure how sales have been but they closed recently. They could also move a sales office to the main level of Grand Park 1. I'm sure someone will post something soon. :D

I believe phase 2 of Grand Park will be going there.
