I agree that it's not "dull" when compared to your typical North American highrise proposal... Having said that, with the location, name, height and architect behind this project, it feels like a letdown to see what sits before us today... I know it's a "process" that might be subject to further...

I'm clearly in the minority, but fully agree with UD; this latest design is pedestrian at best for Foster... The Bow in Calgary, the Gherkin, his new tower in Madrid... Hell, even the shelved U2 tower in Dublin is far more cutting-edge and eternal than what this design has morphed into... Sorry...
