Could have been way worse. Nobody died, nobody was seriously injured. Minimal damage as well. Might delay things for a week but overall not a huge fiasco that it easily could have been.

I don't want to sound pessimistic but I personally doubt this project will ever see the light of day so no worries. Office space isn't in high demand since COVID began and that's not changing anytime soon. With all these other office towers going up, there is already plenty of space available...

^ So basically, everything is up in the air. It really depends on what the new purchaser has in mind. It could go as planned , or be re-launched completely with a new design.

^ I love how this tower can appear different colours depending on what time of day it is. I've seen photos where it appears light blue, dark navy blue, green, or even clear colour.
