    Balcony Furniture

As long as there's no metal, it should be ok. With the harsh winters we have here and only 3-4 months you'll use your balcony, I personally would not spend a lot on patio furniture. Go to the cheaper stores, or even wait until the end of the season to get a good deal.

New subway line announced.....Real Estate Opportunity?

There are so many older buildings along Eglinton. I think you may have a few nice pockets that develop into hotspots, but the majority will not see any major effect.

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

I understand the impact of leverage and the impact it can have given market appreciation/depreciation. I'm not saying people should buy the most expensive house they can afford with the most amount of leverage possible, I'm just pointing out you left the impact of capital appreciation and...

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

You can't compare a $480k property and a $660k property. With leverage and opportunity cost you will be ahead on the $660k property as long as there's a modest increase in property value.

What are the highlighted floor plan sections?

Pre construction King West is around $600-700 psf and then $900-1000 for the higher end buildings like Festival Tower. That's with no parking. Add another $35k for parking. I think $370,700 minus 3% is fair given the large balcony. It's not an amazing deal, but you're not getting ripped off...

What are the highlighted floor plan sections?

Price seems fair for 622 sq ft given the larger than average balcony. Don't like the layout of the "den" though, it's just wasted space that's not very functional.
