This is one of the most expensive location not just in Toronto but in Canada..I was disappointed when I heard that Target will fill the retail space and I was super happy when I heard they are pulling out. A prime location like One York shouldn't be occupied with a brand like Costco or Walmart...

what kind of caisson walls are going to be used to make the below grade floors safe? I am sure they are waterproof, but how strong are they? how much resistance can they handle in case of huge water pressure? This is a 65 story building

I have to admit thinking about those people who choose to live in the middle of everything....how nice it is....book a few nights at Le Germain Maple Leaf Square, its a boutique hotel in the southcore and notice how this area is amazingly centralized. Big fan of the southcore.
