It is a whole pile of bland! Glass and aluminum bland. Very lazy and probably an inexpensive option bland. While I will be happy that the new building at least acknowledges that it sits on a street, I am lamenting the fact that we are getting the equivalent of a suburban office building...

I am not sure what they believe. I am just tired of people accusing the "city" of cheapening a design, when it is almost always the fault of the developer.

The cheapening of the façade/base and the set of cheap front doors straight out of a catalogue, ruins it for me.
