For better or worse, he's been able to get a lot of the Ford agenda passed--things council would've rejected if Rob was still mayor. Like the Gardner--council would've voted to tear it down if Rob was still in charge.

My aunt died from her cancer yesterday. Lung cancer that spread all over her body, including to her brain. Brutal way to go. Even though she quit smoking a few years ago it caught up with her. Hopefully my mother in law is in the clear as she smoked just as heavily.

This guy Strobel seems to be a low rent version of Warmington. Here's another puff piece about Dougie. I'm not sure why some talk about Doug like he's some star candidate. What has he done to deserve that rep? He was a disaster on council and spent half the time in Chicago.
