Ya the podium is definitely the part that could have been much better. The spandrel is not attractive, wish there had been some sort of landscaping here. Hopefully once there is street engagement it will improve.

Unpopular opinion but I am not the biggest fan. I’ve seen it in person. I’ll check it out again this week in hopes that I feel differently. But it’s just ok, for me.

Could live without this. But it’s a decent design.

@skycandy perhaps! I just snap quick shots here and there on my phone. I pass by here every day at least a couple times. the house seemed further pulled back this evening.

@Rascacielo Ya different house. The house you seen moved now has just recently moved. There have been a number of houses in the area moved over the last few years though.

Time to make an appointment with the optometrist perhaps. Always good to make sure your prescription hasn’t changed.

I wish they would finish the cladding on the underside. As it is the building looks like a shark attack. Which I’m not mad at. But upon closer look it’s obvious that’s not the finished intent.

took these a few days ago. Wednesday or Thursday. All came down in 1 day. The house on the corner is still there and part of the plan.

I’d be cool with a Ferris wheel. Also would love that don valley gondola plan to re-emerge
