Great pix! I love that the view of the skyline from the Red Bridge is becoming an iconic place to take an ‘I was here!’ photo! This is one taken yesterday of my aunt and uncle. Btw I have never seen The Portlands so busy with cyclists and walkers! Thousands!

Update 2 July. So the new coffee shop cross from Galleria I is opening Thursday with opening party tomorrow night. It is a venture by Blood Brothers and is multi-use (café, bar, motorcycle enthusiasts clubhouse and event space.)

^Ok but what I don’t understand is how they can be on the edge financially while owning several development-ready parcels that could easily be sold?

This is all true however the zoning in these areas has recently changed so there should be some movement to more intense forms.
