So 3 Horses is now open! And as befits a multi-purpose space they are having a film presentation on 12 July! They will lower the transparent garage door and place a white sheet in front it to project the movie from the inside and perhaps it will be visible from the street! Taken 5 July.

As far as whether this area can support two foodhalls there have been 2,597 residential units beginning occupancy so far in 2024. There is a greater number opening to the east of Spadina as well as well as the %of patrons from across the region. If anything this area is underserved.

So there is road work happening at the Paton Avenue underpass which is very good as well as the maturing of the grasses planted under the railway. Makes a huge difference aesthetically. Taken 5 July.

I think that this is ok as there is parking needed for the Christmas Market at Distillery which this can accommodate and we now have meanwhile uses so part of it may get something interesting.

The one thing that you didn’t mention was the opening of the University in September which will bring several thousand students to the area.
