Site has been very quiet for a week. Noticed June 23rd they started removing the concrete pad from previous buildings.

They came out of the gate fast, 350 units sold during the first 3 days, I got in the see what's left on the 4th day after friends and family. But changed my mind after no balconies on the west street side and tiny kitchens. Only view will be west, 31 on the south, others on the north and 31R east.

Does anyone know the actual building surveyed lot length and width, and where the back of the lot ends. I've seen one surveyor's marker that looks like it could be separation of Goode and 31 Condominiums at the very back, east side. But all the fencing in the back has 2 different areas before it...
