I think it's utterly ridiculous that all of the new devs in the "entertainment district" are the same height. Yes, it's due to the height caps but it looks so contrived and silly. What a waste.

Always get uneasy when I see these full wood construction townhouses built for such a high price. I hope those shelling out well over $1M are prepared for the noise they're about to hear. Perhaps not a concern with this project but too many horror stories with new townhouses.

Builders love pulling bait and switch. Read the marketing material and it’s luxe this, luxe that then thry put some cheapo generic appliances in.

Well, I did say it’s early so my opinion can change. That said, did you need Nobu towers to be fully built before you made a decision on that project?

The rate of speed that this thing went up is truly remarkable.
