I found this image that appears to be from an actual unit of the south tower (phase 1); from Cityzen's Twitter posting...guessing that tower might start letting people move in for lower floors anytime now?

As of June 8th (Sat); just adding to what others posted before meh.....

I see it's almost topped off. (~4 floors away from it I think?) The duration of delay until interim occupancy would be still another question.
