No, - while PDI is happening at phase 1 tower, I can tell phase 2 tower (Playground) IS progressing.

If they are renting it out or just selling right away, yes I see that. But how would you be so certain that the majority who bought didn’t buy or at least consider any of the options? I bought a unit for myself to move in and some of these upgrades are actually worth going for.

Just out of curiosity - if one has purchased a parking lot at either phase 1 and 2, how is a spot allocated? Random allocation? Selection by buyers, by priority?

I believe vvdrita is with GP not Playground.

I wonder when the folks on lower floors would start moving into GP.
