Not too far off from your floor. SE corner. Are you also on the corner that had an exterior hoist during the building's construction? I'm pretty sure my situation isn't much different from yours.

I am yet to be informed about the PDI for my unit; Got contacted by the builder last Friday regarding whether I still want a locker (which I said yes to).

I did not even realize we had that upgrade option for the bathroom vanities...

Yes I was passing by last night and see that corner units are still not lit up...I'm also at the SE corner unit like you are. Hoping to do at least the PDI this year.

Interesting how you got the notice - my unit is on 12th floor where hoists were removed not too long ago. Is anyone moving into one of the hoist units? Any news on PDIs?

Got the same email with the updated duration of occupancies as well. No news on pdi. No news on a locker. No news on a parking spot allocation (i bought mine)

It is probably the best for your agent to keep attempting to get in touch with the builder. Alas as you may be aware by now builder isn't exactly conveniently reachable. I am also sure that many of us here - including myself - will be posting updates soon as something pops up.

So even when you are notified, how do you plan on carrying out a PDI?

Interesting how a 2nd-floor unit has PDI already done last week - makes me wonder when the person got the notice from the builder.

This was from earlier this evening - and I brought my gears for the first and last time. I have been coming by the condo site for about 2 years - and boy time surely flies; it still feels like yesterday when phase 2 was only 3 stories high. Having said this, this will be my last time coming by...

I wouldn't know. If that happens there just will be new clusters established somewhere else.
