Thanks, this is why I asked. My experience was the same. They did have alot of choices in certain things but were not flexible in other ones (despite the fact that I would have paid for my built in fridge extra, etc...) and wanted to see whether that had anything to do with my negotiation skills...

Thanks Riley, I would be interested to know if the sales office is aware of any delays. On the basis of the current progress, I would say we might be looking at an additional 3-4 months (at least) delay...Anyhow, let's see :)

Hello! I was asking about first occupancies at L Tower but noticed that my post was deleted (Basically when do we anticipate to have the first occupancies - they were scheduled to be around August 2013 but looks like it will be delayed). Can we not ask about these things on this thread? Thanks!

Anyone knows when the "revised" first occupancies will be? Around 6 months ago, people got letters with first confirmed occupancies around August 2013. This looks to be delayed on the basis of the current construction progress....by how long however....but doubt it will be in August.

I hope that you are indeed right. However, looking at how it is shaping up today - the angles of the base, the roof top opening, etc... - it awfully resembles the 2010 plan.... If you ask the staff at the Sales center which displays a model based on intersecting crystals, they will tell you...

L Tower Plaza / Base Hi all, the attached file shows how the Plaza and the base will look like which is different from the rendering. It does not look like there will be a fountain. The attached base design looks much closer to the actual product.
