I think we may wait until April 2025 outside occupancy, to receive deposit back. This would be the latest I believe.

If Uptowns and DXE don’t get approved for buyers. What are the possibilities? 1) Cancellation of agreement or 2) force completion?

Is there a chance KSV will offer a settlement amount for equity lost? Or we will definitely have to sue for this?

I guess when we have the resolution for buyers, we can take the steps towards suing? Once confirmed and documented, the purchase agreements are not going to be honoured?

I think collectively, the Uptowns buyers.. we should reject the offer for deposits (and not sign anything with respect to receipt of deposits back). And we should class action sue the builders and/or KSV for the lost equity between 2017 and whenever the build is done. If we take the deposits...

I don't know if this is evidence the money is still in trust. I think this is just them gathering info regarding the people who paid the deposits.

Yea. I replied telling them they don’t need this because there is no property, to give back my deposit lol.

I was hoping it could mean realize the completion of Uptowns and Lakeview, as they make mention of selling the other projects.

I don’t think they’re in a rush to do anything. But winterizing a weird concept now (too late), they should be in build phase soon. Thanks for the updates btw!

Are you thinking there’s a chance our purchase agreements are being honoured and followed through, based on convo with these guys? Winterizing still!? It’s already Spring 😂
