    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

MED, A bit of a personal question which I dont expect you to share if you feel uncomforatble but can you shed some light onto these occupancy fees? How comparable is your occupancy fee relative to what you would be paying if you had the amount that you still owe on your apartment in the form...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

Yah, probably not the best thing to do at this point since the development of that area as a whole hinges so much on the remaining phases to be built...I would rather stay away from notifying the media. I guess the good news at this point is that the building is up and going up further and...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

I hear what you guys are saying but what if the building just isn't ready to be occupied by the December 2011 date? How will the builder be held accountable?

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

Guys, i don't mean to sound like a buzzkill here but even if they do start moving forward in June, am i the only one that thinks December 2011 is a little far-fetched in terms of a move-in date? Granted, the building is only 14 storeys and not as high as some of the other buildings in Toronto...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

They are going to re-open the sales centre again in September...builder is planning a "re-launch" of the project to stir up some buzz about the project again now that the economy is turning around...

I have no idea if the soil is polluted or not...looked fine to me when I went for a walk on the site...my "wasteland" comment was referring to what King West was like many years ago.

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

I too bought a unit - 650 sq feet, along with a friend of mine that did the same. I've been reading the threads about this project and I can't believe some people are against it. There is no doubt that the area is in transition, so no sense on dwelling on the obvious. But isn't building new...
