Just wanted to flag something here: 'interview from last week'?? There's no reference to the pandemic at all and its impact on the real estate market; they are sitting very close to each other without masks; and, in the last minute, the interviewer asks Emory about the possibility of Amazon2...

Looks great BUT when coupled together it really emphasizes the HUGE gap between each train. It's unfortunate that they went with that type of LRT train and not something with more 'squared' fronts/backs to minimize the gap like a proper light metro train. Obviously a light metro traint couldn't...

Winona and St. Clair??? Their promo material pegs it at Winona and Vaughan (just south of Vaughan). If you look it up on Google maps, that stretch of Winona is fully built up, so it's not clear where exactly it will be located. The description of the location also reads like it was translated...
