I really doubt the developer will keep this lot empty for quite long. This is one of the most prestigious intersection corners in Canada and Mirzahi seems like the type of person to respect that and not convert it into a parking lot anytime soon.

I like the small footprint tall tower designs for Yonge aswell but for this intersection corner plot id like sonethong on a large scale. Theres a lot of crappy businesses in small ugly buildings on Yonge that I would love to see be replaced with better retail.

Is there any word on the Bay-Adelaide North Tower? And why is it only going to be 28-32 feet? If it's in the financial district shouldn't the be trying to make the most of that land asset?

I think it didn't quite live u to its original potential but I hope in the future they really do construct a tower on the northern end of the building. Also hopefully something nice with the half tennis court they have on the south end of this so the empty windowless black wall will be hidden...

So if this goes through and is successful, Phase 2 Tower should be anywhere from 255m-300m? This projects kinda remind me of the Brookfield Place towers where there's two siamese/joined towers and then one taller one.
