Looks amazing! It's really going to add to that dreaded area and match nicely with AGO and the other OCAD building. I wished they'd gone for something bigger so it could have a bigger impact, but this is gold nonetheless.

Living in 89 Chestnut as a UofT student and having to look out the window to this dreadfully ugly parking lot for a whole year was torture. Lets get something built already..

I was hoping this gets a height increase, sad to see it cut by 25m. It won't quite stand out in the skyline as much now but should add density too it so all in all im still happy.

All four corners of College and Spadina need new developments. I really hope UofT does something nice with the building they have one the NE corner

Real cool, love the gold colored exoskeleton. Sorta wish the shape was a bit more interesting moving near the top and the crown. A tapering of the inside building into a spire while the exoskeleton stayed the same would have been really cool. But overall I love the proposal hope it improves and...

It blocks some nice views from city hall, osgoode hall, and from other vantage points in the financial district. The shorter part of the Sheraton centre is taking up prime land with low heights. The taller slab just has too much blank concrete.

A purple tower would be really cool at Yonge and Eglinton. I don't know why but I just think it would look really cool there lol.
