Sorta off topic, is the East Bayfront LRT going to be an actual LRT or just an underground line using street cars? Or will it just a separated street car line like the Spadina street car?

Yes, thank god. I hated that building so much I would I avoid that Starbucks whenever I needed coffee on campus. Really wish UofT owned the site. It would be a great location for something special terminating St. George St from the South.

Absolutely love this. HP really pushes the best stuff in this city on a consistent basis. No wonder more and more developers are choosing them. Other firms really need to up their game. In terms of density and all this would be a great place to add density and clean up the pedestrian experience...

I wouldn't say its ruined. It's a whole lot better than before. Makes us look more like Montreal. Which is good. Could Be better but I just think we're all just being some negative Nancy's.

Damm the white balcony glass all over this building is gonna look beauuuuuuuuuuuuuutiful! I cant wait. Nothing like it here in Toronto so far. Its a great "feminine" tower that would be complimenting The One's masculinity.

If that were built right beside Picasso they would compliment each other so nicely. Teeple really does great work we need more of them in Toronto.

Exactly the core definitely need so creativity. When we'll get it? Who knows, most of the good land pieces in the core have been filled as far as I know. Anybody know of any other lots in the core that can be developed in to something potentially changing the skyline there?

It would be the densest thing in that block, but isn't that what we're working towards? Densification in our cities promotes efficient and greener living. Promotes social interaction does it not? I do understand that its is close to St. Lawrence Market area and does impact the area quite a bit...
