Wow this building looks so beautiful from Nathan Phillips it really brings contrast to ask the other financial district buildings. The rendering for the reclad looks disgusting. I think the UrbanToronto community has to group together and so this madness!

Very cool design but I wish there were more pics with different angles. I like how it will bring some nice color contrast to the Four Seasons tower!

This looks like one of the older Community Housing slabs in Scarborough I used to live in when I was younger :D seems to fit well with the area :cool:

Im just comparing this to Harbour Plaza Residences going up across my balcony and that seems to be going up a floor a week at times lol.

Fair height for the location. Hopefully we see a quality design.

The interior stuff is very similar to the interior stuff I have here at ICE II.

The ground level kinda sucks right now. Hasn't been completed yet so its still a bit of a concrete mess especially this time of the year where everything looks dead already. Our lobby at Ice 2 isn't quite complete yet along with the elevator waiting area. The lot next to us where the office...

It looks like the new office towers are creating a ring around FCP with it being a sort of centerpiece. Will we get an office tower in the Core taller than FCP in the next decade?

Im guessing the balconies will start going up in Spring next year. Doesn't make much sense for them to do much work on the outside of the building in wintertime.

Really want to see that police station get redeveloped.

Love that there's no balconies which could give it a nice old school look if the color and cladding are quality really gonna diffuse the negative impacts of Aura if built at said heights.

There's so many trade offs with each of the designs I can't seem to decide which one I think is best.. Definitely love the Hart House pond with the bridge form the 3rd proposal and stone paving of the circle. Also love that they are going to make it pedestrian only. Dislike, turning into soccer...

Knocking down the low rise portion of the Sheration would open up prime real estate. Having that redeveloped to fix the pedestrian impact and offering quality retail right infront of city hall would be awesome!
