Was driving by this morning on the way to an appointment at Sunnybrook and saw that the home closest to the church was being demo'd.

In the Cost Guide - 2 lines below the item for UG parking garages - there's an item for (Premium for unusual circumstances) with a rate of up to $215/sf. I assume it's been added as a worst case scenario.

$100M isn't coming close to it. That's only $50k a spot. You might pay that out in Scarborough on a greenfield site. It'll be 2.5 to 3 times the cost per spot here which is $250m to $300m

No-one will be buying them - these are rental replacement units (not that it makes the layouts any better)
