I would love if they have a live grass wall on the bare concrete portions along the base. Grass inside the stadium? Meh, it would be nice too I guess.

This is going to be Yonge and Eglinton's Aura. Edit: But worse.

Cause that's where the politicians live. That phrase sounds like a good movie title. I should try and sell it at TIFF.

I was in the courtyard in-between the two BACs with my girlfriend and I had a migraine so we sat down. Later I layed down on the bench with my head on my girlfriend's thigh only to be asked by a security guard to sit up. Also a year ago I was taking a picture of BAC west building from the base...

Slowly moving towards glass box equilibrium.. just like all of Toronto condo developments.

    Toronto 28 Eastern | 45.4m | 12s | Alterra | Teeple Architects

Teeple is really trying to liven up the city with its colourful designs. I hope this doesn't go through developer cheapening.

I think we have to keep emailing them and showing concern. If there's enough noise the glass will shatter.

Response I received from the email I sent: "Dear AM29, Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments. I have been noticing similar comments online. I appreciate that there are strong opinions about this design, and we do always welcome feedback. Menkes’ Innovation Centre is about...

    Toronto 316 Bloor West | 121.14m | 37s | State Building Group | Kirkor

If this summer has taught me anything, it's that people tend to choose walking on the shaded side of a street. Now that the green squares are removed I hope this gets rejected. Not because of the height. But because I hate when developers offer up pretty renders to get people interested and...

I can't quite enjoy the grass blades design on the balconies, I hoped that they'd be outlined a bit maybe by a black sliver or something. Very hard to understand that it's part of the design when looking towards it from Robarts library area. But I love the copper detailing around ground level.

Just like with EY kinda disappointed with the height reduction but still beautiful and I like the incorporation of the heritage buildings. From the renders it seems like they crapped the quality of the indents, but then again it may just be a quick low quality render they put out.

"Planning staff recommends that the application be refused. This proposed tower is too tall and the site is too small to accommodate the proposal. The proposal does not fit within the existing and planned context for the Bloor-Yorkville and North Midtown Area."

Can we like get the emails of people that are behind this and spam them the hell out of this city?

Even the place holder renderings were better than this piece of shiste.

David Crombie Park is downtown and on the Esplanade it doesn't have to worry about attracting traffic. This is far away from downtown and located in, what is now, a car centric area.

See, I really dislike how the park is tucked inside and not very accessible by the public. If it fronted Eglinton, it would contribute to making Eglinton ave a vibrant pedestrian destination.

I kinda hope the park would front Eglinton and be more visible and accessible to the public.
