I just saw that the other day ony my way to The Burgernator; was about to post a picture! Looks really nice at night time. Aside from the first floor the rusted metal part has a really nice Kensington Market vibe going on.

It's not Yonge and Bloor so the standard of design in the area isn't very high. I like it since it continues the densification of Scarborough.

This Raccoons in the museum at night seems like a great plot for a Disney/Pixar animated movie.

I really like this. It shakes up thing in the neighbourhood and the design is nothing like anything else in the building. Very unique, could be a bit better quality but it is what it is.

I wish we had more mini office projects just like this sprinkled across the downtown area.

tbh they should've just dug under the intersections in the above ground part so they avoid the light. Don't think it would've added that much to the project. Would probably save a lot of time and cause less traffic disruption.

Im gonna miss the view of the Sun Life building from the Gardiner. RIP 2016-2017. :(
