This is obviously a difficult question to answer but what are people's opinions on how long it will be before breaking ground? I'm wondering if anyone with experience in this has any sort of educated guess? I'll be in a north facing unit in East55 so I'm just curious.

I am also not a fan of this as I'm facing north in a Manila unit. Hopefully it takes a long time before they get approval. Having said that, I knew there would be a risk when I bought the unit.
