I’ve often wondered this when driving the train what I’m driving under. There is also a TCH complex on Chatham directly south of the daycare. It seems they built only city structures above the WYE.

The portal is actually 3 tunnels wide and the numerous tunnels and turns take place under that TCH building.

I do like the courtyard style rear of the building vs the overused and ugly 45 degree stepbacks all these mid rises use. This style of building works in other cities globally but for some reason there are very few in Toronto

Everytime I drive by this I shake my head in disbelief that Pickering got scammed with this casino. The plan vs what we got is a disgrace…

With all these proposals I really wish the City would get rolling on a tunnelled connection between TTC and GO stations. All the land south of Danforth appears like it’ll be dug up anyways for all these condos/apartments.
