I LOVE the courtyard idea. I don’t get why this is so rare in Toronto. I’ve travelled to a few cities worldwide and every AirBnB I’ve stayed in is a courtyard style building like this (not as tall) (LA, Paris, Dublin, London)

Yes I’ve seen that plan, maybe once Universal City is built out? And what ever happened to Notion and Squires Beach connection? I know Ajax thru a hissy fit about it after Pickering got the casino, even though they supported the idea for decades before…

January 2021 they started drilling. Previous to that my friend was told November 2021 move-in 🤣. Guess it’s good for investors that bought units dirt cheap way back when, but bad for those that actually wanted a place to live the past 2 years + another year or 2 going forward

This project is such a timeline disaster. I know a guy that bought one of these units wayyy back and was honestly hoping to move in Winter 2021 🤦🏼‍♂️.

I just figured RCSS would be gone by the time this is built given the Master Plan for the STC lands, my mistake. I wasn’t aware Freshco would stay open during construction over there, good to know thanks. I suspect a Sobeys or Farm Boy will replace it.

Nice density near the future Scarborough Centre subway stop, but I think I threw up in my mouth looking at the designs…..disgusting Too much parking. Hopefully a grocery store can make its way into the base of one of these, FreshCo will soon be lost to condos leaving only Wal-Mart inside of STC...

CreateTO and BuildTO are an absolute joke. Nothings been built on any of the city sites other than some modular apartments for the homeless… To name just a few sites: Islington Station, Victoria Park Station, Warden Station, Kennedy Station, Borough Drive, Danforth Carhouse. There are many more...
