Completely crazy pricing. They're totally just trying to take advantage of ignorant buyers. Anyone who buys here would be crazy to pay what they're asking. Just insane.

They are without a doubt uninspired and corporate... but they are much easier to read. I'd love to see the other options that were turned down for this.

The ground floor corner retail unit has been covered up again with "LEASED" signs.
Like Murano, I love this project from the outside but I hope it doesn't suffer from poor/cheap finishes and workmanship on the inside. There seems to a handful of disappointed Lanterra customers over at Murano.
Chaps was my Friday and Saturday night hangout when I moved to Toronto. Many, many awesome memories there. (1991-1993)
And I believe Chaps was actually the upstairs bar and Badlands was the downstairs bar at what is now Rabba's on Isabella.
The cladding on the tower is working even less for me. I suppose how they treat the balconies will really make or break what I think already looks cheap.
