Hey it is one floor slab further than where I thought it was going to be at this point guys let's give them some credit we will still see the first 200 storie building in Toronto complete before this gets out of the ground but they're making progress 😂😂😂😂😂

Hey 250 is still higher than most of the buildings in Toronto some of the overhead shots you guys get are absolutely amazing I literally check the site twice a day just to see everybody's pictures of projects because the contributors here are so passionate and get some really awesome pictures

All I am thinking about now is whenever they start getting cladding all the way up to the transfer slab this building is going to look absolutely mint from the ground at that point already strides ahead of expectations

Yeah the only choke points for both of those roads is stayner as 26 goes down to a single lane at 30 kmh and then basically rams right into airport road and there is no space in stayners main street to widen without taking all the parking away there though they could just in the future bypass...

We will probably see the rest of the safety surround go up in the next three floors as it looks as if the floor plate is now two uniformity so it is just plug and play for like 85 floors

From what I am aware of there is quite a substantial amount of work that is to be done to highway 26 between stayner and Barrie in the coming future probably an unpopular opinion but hoping that they continue to use more roundabouts as the ones that are on the newer bypass section between...

Taken last Friday most of the infrastructure is nearly complete I have a couple more projects I'm hoping to add in the next few days

Stone is currently being installed on exterior and interior looks to be close to ready for final finish work

Wow as perfect as this project is those would have been some very nice buildings

As mentioned all of the floors after the current mechanical level are 3.3 m instead of 3 m which over time will add up

The one has higher floor heights than one bloor from what I'm aware of

Pretty soon you will be able to see sky towers crane popping through over by prestige when I was up there the other day you could very much see the back of it through a gap in the buildings with CIBC square complete and sky Tower this view will be absolutely breathtaking

Yep so we should be one level above ground by the time 11 yv takes final occupancy

The crown is what I like most about this building its very unique I would rather have the crown than the extra floors
