So, I noticed that what looks like the start of some scaffolding was coming up around the building today. Not sure if this is anything to be excited about? Probably just another film shoot or something, huh....

Are there any renderings of how the Crangles part of the building is going to be integrated into 550 wellington? The framework is there, but I don't quite get why the glazing goes so far down that it goes behind that framework... doesn't that mean there will be an odd gap between the structures?

The floorplans on the whole seem to be quite good. It seems more and more rare to find well designed layouts these days. I think Charlie also had some decent floorplans as well.

Just wondering, is there a reason why the building is terraced to the north, rather than to the south? Wouldn't it be nicer to have terraces that face the lake, rather than the Gardiner?

Yeah, in pre-construction situations they do usually reserve the parking spots for larger units. "Observer Walt" got what I meant though -- ie. let's say another owner in the condo was selling their parking spot, or perhaps the developer had extra spots and opened it up purchasing to owners...
