The Esplanade side is not that bad. I honestly thought it was going to be much worse but after seeing it in person it's relatively OK. Better materials would obviously enhance it but in terms of scale and how it meets the street it could be worse.

I've been in this hood for 20 years and this is by far the worst that it's ever been. Sherbourne is more or less an endless stream of deranged lunatics.
