    Toronto Bridgepoint Hospital | 61.87m | 10s | Bridgepoint Health | Diamond Schmitt

The jail is being used for administrative purposes not health care. All healthcare services will be in the new building.

    Toronto Bridgepoint Hospital | 61.87m | 10s | Bridgepoint Health | Diamond Schmitt

It wasn't possible to reuse the existing Modernist building, the floor to ceiling heights are too low for a modern hospital. In addition, the limitations of the building interior meant not enough light for patients to meet current care standards. The Don Jail refurb is extensive and I...

I agree, as more of the new glass is exposed it is starting to look less minty. I remember when I first posted photos of the new glass test panels months ago I was thinking "man the UT guys are going to freak when they see this". Haha, maybe it will turn out ok after all.

Based on this image, I'm concerned this building may attract zombies.

Southcore Financial Ctr: PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower (18 York St, bcIMC, 26s, KPMB)

I used to post pics of it all the time when I parked down that way, but I moved parking spots so don't walk past it everday now. There was a lot of interest when it was first going up and the cladding started, now it's just one more floor, same as the last. I bet we'll see more pictures when...

Toronto CityPlace: Montage + Neo (Concord Adex, 47 + 16s, KPMB)

New public art going up outside of Montage at the south linear park. They've put in temporary supports on all three levels of the parking garage for the cranes. Hate to have one come through the roof on top of my new car!

Took this thurs afternoon. You can see the damage done. A number of broken windows (the blue panels) and scaffolding on the balcony, I guess to repair the edge damage. They got lucky it wasn't much worse.

The very top is looking pretty bright and shiny in yesterday's sunset compared to the rest.

The last big job for the crane on top of the Ritz? Taken on my way to work this morning, what I assume is the window washing rig. Anyone with a view of the west side of Ritz try to get some pics of it going up, it should be impressive.
