    TCHC: West Don Lands Affordable Housing (589 King St E, 2x 4 + 8s, Core Architects)

    If this project will in theory go ahead in the months to come, can anyone comment on the speed which TCHC projects are completed? Is it comparable to the average condo project of a similar size? It would be nice to see that block completed to add to the street wall at the end of King east.

    Streetcar developments site for corktown district phase 2 has been advertising lofthouses since what seems to be the spring. There is little info other than that there will be 10 with 12 ft.     Long time lurker here, primarily following this project but this is my first post. Noticed today on the Corktown District website that they have added "lofthouses" to the existing phase 1, 2 and townhouses. Wonder where these will be located or if anyone has any insight into these?
