Saw the retail component lit up tonight and it looked terrible. It appears that fluorescent track lighting is used throughout. I imagine If a condo was built on top of a Walmart this is how it would look. Hopefully it's just temporary.

The database price range for the project are incorrect. This building has a lot of units that are well over the 850k range.

I just purchased a unit in the building. Apparently they are 60% sold now.

I was at the sales center last weekend and they mentioned that they were about 50% sold...they have quite a bit still available.

I called and they mentioned that their last day of operations will be October 13,2012. I hope whatever they build doesn't block my view!
