I think this building could have been more cool and gorgeous.This building turned to a boring glass balcony style.When i saw the 2 older proposals, it just sad. The 2 other are more stylish and eyes catching.But here ,only conservatism win. Here the 2 proposals.

It will take mew technology because there is no cladding and shape like that in the world. Do you know how hard it was to build Burj Khalifa (Dubai),absolute towers(Mississauga) or flame tower (Baku). All these towers needed new technology to be built. Mirvish will not be exception.

It true. Toronto is not able to keep from building boxy building. I think this building is an exception that we not gonna see for a while. I don t think Union centre or 160 front will be built soon. Just watch what happening to the design of newly proposed condos tower. It so sad that...

Personally the black color is a bad idea for the building. I love the idea of mixing the 2 color but black and white is not the best choice. The transition in the color are bad. A color close to white will be better and i hope they will change it.
