The 413 heads directly towards CPKC's existing intermodal facility. Ontario government can negotiate to allow CPKC to build a switching yard north of Brampton equal in size to the Lambton yard. Land swap deal between Ontario government and CPKC.

When was the last time a CN train went through Union station? Would a CN train even be allowed to run through Union today? Probably in the middle of the night, so as to not impede GO operations.

GO transit and 407 ETR should work together to construct bus lanes to provide direct access between the 407 and western portion of the Mississauga transit way. When I took the GO bus to Bramalea GO from Oakville, the red lights on Erin Mills easily added a solid 10 minutes to the ride.
