Anyone have any clue what's going on for the roof? I see they are building something up there, but I'm not sure if it's anything more than just satellite, A/C etc.,

I was told that amenities (5th floor iirc) should be ready by end of summer. I saw that they have the treadmill bases and some elliptical machines in the 2nd floor parking area, so those should be going in soon (the floor in the gym looks ready to go already). I'd say give it another 2 months...

I agree and find it peculiar that they don't have enough locker/parking spaces for everybody in the building. There must have been a better way to do this, such as a lottery/picking numbers out of a hat of all the "interested parties", rather than via mail/email first come first served.

I was in on Wednesday the whole day, didn't have any problem with the A/C...so I guess it's fixed now Jausa?

I was able to book the elevator for a move-in date less than 1 week in advance and got my time, but I can't say that would always happen, especially for days like friday afternoon which one would think would be busier than normal. You have your choice of 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. There's an entrance...

I technically can occupy now...it's just they still have a bit of work to finish in my unit, while a lot of the other LPH units are MUCH more incomplete. I think they completed mine first ;) and then will return after the others are completed for PDI to do the post-PDI touchups.

Good to hear you're still happy Jausa! I went in again on Wednesday and not everything had been finished yet...still about a week or so they say, which I suppose is to be expected due to the extra things they had to add. I will make sure to check all the PDI things though and submit the 30 day...

What happened to your floor? I'm sure if it's really bad there must be something that can be done! Yes, my unit is one of the lower penthouses :)

My uncle works for Henderson in a fairly high up position :P But I'm sure they'd do it if you asked (and paid). The kitchen cabinets were not upgrade requests - I'm not sure if they aren't standard..

Np:) I asked to check out the amenities, but it wasn't an issue at all, you could've just walked in yourself. Overall the PDI was good, since I had a few upgrades done a few things weren't quite ready yet, like the marble window sills, half of the kitchen countertop, wine cooler etc., but...

I did not notice anything extremely special regarding those items, Solaris. I will take some more detailed pictures next time I'm in the building so others may see.

Also - Correction to my previous reply regarding shower towel racks - it looks like in Jausa's pictures, there is a towel rack on the sliding glass door for the shower.

I'm in the North Tower, SW corner. Closing is June 1st so occupancy will be shortly thereafter. It should be ready for occupancy by closing so I'm told. What would you like pics/description of?

I don't remember if it was in the contract as an addition, or if it's just with the unit. After reading the website again, seems like it might have been included as part of the unit itself. Did not see a shower or toilet rack, so i'm guessing these are self-supplied. Then again, my shower...
