It seems as though it's being built to minimum code requirements,the only thing I can see being done is the separating walls getting sprayed fire rated foam, which also acts as a sound proofing. Most likely they'll go the cost effective route and use two layers of 5/8 th's drywall.

If you have a look at any suite layout under it is the building layout and when you look closer at the cedar balcony's next to the elevators they are bigger than those of the other cedars.the first and las units on each floor which are located on either side of the elevators have the balconies...
