    On a clear day, you can see the taller buildings in Niagara Falls, ON even from ground level, the pier on Centre Island for example. Not sure if that smokestack in New York State is visible from ground level, though - I believe it’s near Youngstown, NY? That’s still pretty far from Rochester.

    Just watched that segment. Yes, the retail space is impressive! But Sam was pretty cringy when he said 'on a clear day you can see Rochester from the penthouse". Err ... Rochester is across Lake Ontario from Prince Edward County, can you see PEC from Toronto even from the 91st floor??? Why...

    It's interesting how light refracts on these panels. They look greyish from a distance (a block away, or even less than a block away as shown in the above pictures). But as you approach the tower they look more and more purple/pink.

    Splashes of colour are always a pleasant surprise in Toronto. However, some coordination would be nice. I don't think this shade of pink/purple goes well with the light grey spandrels. White/off-white would better complement the pink accents.

    That would be great, but I doubt residents will agree to be relocated. Even as a residential street, it could be so much more attractive if it’s paved with bricks or cobblestone.
