    you can still push the flap open, it's not difficult and I've seen a majority of people do this since the concept of using for feet hasn't really taken off yet. I guess the city is trying to keep hands clean?

    Actually, they still have a title, i'm just not sure which one. I'm pretty sure that it is the tallest tower since it is a tower and not necessarily a building.
