Yeah, we were told the same. We did our PDI on Tues. Workmanship is not great, but not terrible. Quality is mediocre. We're rather disappointed, given the money we paid. We're also unhappy with the lack of communication, e.g. we were never offered a chance to make upgrades, and when we asked, we were told it was too late. Maybe we could have been more proactive. Oh well!

On a brighter side, it's one of the few projects in Downtown that actually completed. We'll likely come to see values surge with the precon market pretty much dead at this point.
